Course Overview

Self leadership is about individually taking control of your career destiny through embracing the concepts of ‘self guidance’ and ‘continuous improvement’.

Individuals can take control and kick start their personal capability development through increasing understanding of competencies, behaviours and goal alignment that facilitate workplace success.
