This course is designed to provide participants with the skills, techniques and strategies to professionally and confidently deal with difficult people and situations. In this course you will learn how to identify and manage different behavioural styles to build a positive atmosphere with open and honest communication.

Expected Outcomes

  • Recognise why difficult behaviours occur and apply practical strategies to deal with them.
  • Understand the importance of effective listening and how it can diffuse a situation.
  • Focus on the drivers of various types of difficult behaviours and discover how to respond appropriately to achieve a positive outcome.
