Training on demand makes available to your organisation any of
the Odyssey Training’s suite of public courses, delivered at a time
that suits you, at your venue or ours.
In addition, all of our training programs, course content, case studies and
training activities, can be specifically customised to your unique organisational
and workforce training needs.
We recognise that at times you may have specialised needs depending on job roles, industry types and work environments. Our focus is on offering solutions that are tailored specifically to meet these needs. This means training can be based around workplace scenarios, ensuring staff are able to implement the tools and strategies learnt back into the workplace.

Uncovering your needs.
Prior to developing and delivering a program, a training needs analysis is desirable to determine the required learning outcomes. We undertake a workplace analysis to determine the organisation’s and individual participant’s requirements and expectations. We conduct the analysis for customised professional development programs to ensure the required outcomes are met. Our qualified team will work in consultation with internal staff who have completed this step in the training process.
A program designed specifically for you.
On completing the needs analysis, your account manager will recommend a suitable program. Our clients have access to an extensive selection of off-the-shelf programs to choose from, which can be tailored to suit their industry group, culture and people by using ‘real world’ scenarios and case studies. The key focus of our programs is to improve on-the-job performance by focusing on learning outcomes to build-on and improve knowledge and skills in a given area.
Understanding individual goals.
Prior to attending, participants are asked to complete a Pre Course Questionnaire that enables our facilitators to determine their specific needs. Delivery style, case studies and group work will be tailored to fit the individual and will ensure that skills levels are correctly met.

Post training, we obtain feedback from the participants and facilitator to evaluate the success of the course. Copies of this feedback are available to your nominated representative at the conclusion of the program. Feedback is conducted to ensure that:

• Skills learnt are incorporated back into the workplace
• Opportunities for improvement are identified
• Ongoing training needs are identified and communicated
