How do I know which level of course is right for me?
Odyssey Training offers pre-course questionnaires to assist you in determining the correct course level.
The questionnaire will automatically be sent to us and you will then be contacted by one of our training professionals.
How do I enrol in your courses?

Can you customise a training program for the needs of my team?

Can you provide training on my premises?
All of our Professional Development and IT courses can be delivered in-house at your venue. We have trainers located throughout Australia and can travel to regional and remote locations to deliver courses at a time that suits your operational needs.

What time does my course start and finish?
Please ensure that you arrive before 8.45am for registration. Below are the course times for all locations:
Professional Development Training
9.00 am – 4.30 pm
Computer Training Courses
9.00 am – 4.00 pm
Short and Sharp Training Courses
9.00 am – 1.00 pm
Do I need to bring anything?
No, for all our scheduled courses held at our training centres we provide everything that you require.
Where are you located?
We have training centres in the following locations:
- Brisbane
- Cairns
- Melbourne
- Sydney
- Townsville
We also offer training services in other locations throughout Australia, including Perth and Adelaide.
Are there public transport or parking facilities near the training location?
All our training centres are centrally located, with access to Public Transport and Parking Facilities . Please see our individual training location maps and directions for details.
What is included in my course fee?
The following included in our course fee for our scheduled training courses:
- Lunch and refreshments throughout the day for full day courses
- Hard copy courseware
- Certificate upon completion
- 60 days access to a dedicated help desk
- Small classes (average of eight students per class, maximum of 12)
- Guaranteed learning—100% or free repeat*
* Odyssey Training must be contacted within 48 hours of course attendance to book a repeat course.
What time should you arrive?
All courses start at 9.00 am and registration is 8.45 am.
Will food be provided?
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided at intervals throughout the day for our full day public courses. There are a selection of meals for you to choose from at lunch.
If you have any specific dietary needs, please let one of our staff know when registering on arrival.
What if I have a last minute change?
If for some reason you are running late or are unable to attend your training course, please call us on 1300 793 951.
Will I be trained on a PC or a Mac?
We train on both PC and Mac. Please nominate which operating system you are using at your time of booking or phone us on 1300 793 951 if you are unsure.
What is your rescheduling fee/cancellation policy?
Special Promotion / Discount Offers:
Payment is required prior to the course date. No cancellation or transfers are permitted on discounted or special offer rates. Odyssey Training will charge a 100% fee of the total course cost if course is cancelled or rescheduled.
Public Scheduled Courses:
Cancellations on non-discounted courses will be accepted if Odyssey Training is notified in writing more than seven working days before the course date, in which case we will refund the course cost minus a $55 registration service fee.
One confirmed attendance date can be transferred without charge, per enrolment, where Odyssey Training has been notified in writing more than seven working days before the course date. All subsequent transfers will attract a fee of $55.
Transfers or cancellations received within seven working days or less of course commencement will incur a 100% fee of the total course cost.
Odyssey Training will not take any responsibility for travel and accommodation cost incurred.
All courses are subject to minimum enrolment. Odyssey Training endeavours to ensure classes are conducted on scheduled dates, but reserve the right to alter dates as required. Please contact us on 1300 793 951 before booking flights or accommodation to attend a course in one of our locations.
