Odyssey Training has been delivering customised learning and development programs to our clients in the areas of Professional Development and IT for over 14 years to over 23,800 attendees.

This has ranged from large training program rollouts across Australia to a one day course for a particular target audience to achieve a specific objective. 

When customising a program, Odyssey’s Strategic Training Model can scaled up or down depending on the size and requirements of the project. This means you only pay for the services you need to meet both individual and organisational outcomes, based on a customised training needs analysis.

We offer three options depending upon your requirements:

Standard training delivery based on core competencies for specific business objectives

Odyssey Training has an extensive range of courseware developed including case studies, activities and manuals designed for adult learners in a corporate environment. 

All courseware used in our standard programs is developed by Odyssey and reviewed annually to ensure it incorporates best practice and current trends.

Tailored training delivery based on needs analysis and business objectives

All Odyssey’s standard programs can be tailored to incorporate client specific content, case studies and scenarios. Odyssey’s tailored option is extremely beneficial if you wanting to modify a behaviour relating to a business specific situation or outcome.

To determine your exact requirements and ensure we develop the examples accordingly, a meeting with our training consultant is included along with the opportunity for you to review the courseware prior to delivery to ensure it meets your needs.

Customised training delivery based on needs analysis and business objectives

Design and development of a fully customised learning and development solution can be provided.  Odyssey’s customised solution includes development of analysis tools, a learning pathway to provide employees with ongoing training and post-course support, and evaluation following the Kirkpatrick model.
