Odyssey Training provides high calibre specialist trainers and facilitators to our clients for every course we deliver. When you book a training course with Odyssey we select a facilitator who has relevant training, industry experience and knowledge including real world experience in the topics to ensure the maximum delivery outcomes are achieved.

We believe it is important that our facilitators discuss the needs and outcomes required by our clients prior to delivery. This provides the facilitator with an overview of the organisational context, values, culture and workplace development objectives. The value of client engagement pre delivery is that the facilitator can then deliver relevant training content in a style that best suits the participants learning outcomes, in alignment with the organisational competency development objectives.

We run customised training and scheduled training courses in Brisbane, Cairns, Melbourne, Sydney and Townsville. We have been a major outsource partner for local and national projects across the private and public sectors. We comply with a policy of Total Quality Management and have an accredited Quality Assurance System conforming to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 (Certification no. 1075). Odyssey Training is also a signatory to the Government’s Information Technology Conditions v5 (GITC v5) – Q-953. We are Australian owned and write our own courseware.
