Odyssey’s Strategic Training Model supports the transfer of learning back into the workplace.

Post Course Telephone Support

Odyssey provides 60 days post course telephone support to all course participants, should they have any questions relating to topics covered in the training.  This ensures that when returning to the workplace staff have the support to translate the learning back into the workplace.

Our Learning Guarantee

As part of our ongoing commitment to our clients, should at the end of one of our public scheduled course a participant feel their objectives were not met we will offer you a free repeat of the course.  Simply call our office on 1300 793 951 within 48 hours of completing the course.

Personal Action Plan

At the conclusion of our professional development courses, participants are asked to complete a Personal Action Plan whereby they reflect on what they have covered during the training and document any changes they will make when they return to the workplace. 

It is recommended that line managers are provided with copies of these from their staff to facilitate translating the learning back into the workplace.
