How do I know which level of course is right for me?

Taking one our pre-course questionnaires online will assist you in determining the correct course level. The questionnaire will automatically be sent to us and you will then be contacted by one of our training professionals.

How do I enrol in your courses?

Can you customise a training program for the needs of my team?

We have been delivering customised training programs to our clients in the areas of Professional Development, Microsoft Office and Adobe software for over 15 years. Click here to request a quote for on-site or customised training.

Can you provide training on-site at my premises?

All of our Professional Development, Microsoft Office and Adobe training courses can be delivered in-house at your venue. We have trainers located throughout Australia and can travel to regional and remote locations to deliver courses at a time that suits your operational needs. Request a quote for in-house training.

What time does my course start and finish?

Please ensure that you arrive before 8.45am for registration. Below are the course times for all locations:

Professional Development Training
9.00 am – 4.30 pm

Computer Training Courses
9.00 am – 4.00 pm

Short and Sharp Training Courses
9.00 am – 1.00 pm

Do I need to bring anything?

No, for all our scheduled courses held at our training centres we provide everything that you require.

Where are you located?

We have dedicated training venues in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.  Please see our individual training location maps for details or contact us if you cannot make it to one of our locations, as also offer in-house group sessions in other locations throughout Australia, including Canberra, Perth and Adelaide and even many regional and remote locations.

Are there public transport or parking facilities near the training venue?

All our training centres are centrally located, with access to Public Transport and Parking Facilities .  Please see our individual training location maps for details.

What is included in my course fee?

The following included in our course fee for our full day public training courses:

  • hard copy courseware
  • eCertificate upon completion
  • capped class sizes
  • guaranteed learning—100% or free repeat*
  • post-course support for computer training.

* Odyssey Training must be contacted within 48 hours of course attendance to book a repeat course.

What time should I arrive?

All courses start at 9.00 am and registration is 8.45 am.

Will food be provided?

Morning tea and afternoon tea are provided at intervals throughout the day for all full day public courses. Lunch is provided for our Professional Development courses only.

Will there be kitchen facilities for bringing in lunch?

We do not have facilities for our participants to bring their own lunches. All of our training facilities are located in the CBD and have many lunch options available. We also provide an Eating Out Guide for all attendees, with a list of lunch venues in close proximity to our training centres in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

What if I have a last minute change?

If you are running late or are unable to attend your training course, please call us on 1300 793 951.

What is your rescheduling fee/cancellation policy?

Cancellation & Changes – Clause 11:

(a) Subject to clauses 11(b) and (c), cancellations or changes to bookings for the Course by You must be made more than 10 Business Days before the Course date and time. Otherwise, You will be charged for the full amount of the Course. Without limiting the foregoing, any changes or cancellations for the relevant Course will incur the following fees and charges:

(i) a 15% administration charge of the course fees for cancellations, changes or refunds; and

(b) Cancellations and changes to bookings by You for Courses which are the subject of special promotion, special offer or discounted Course rates is not permitted. You will not be entitled to any refund for any cancellations of or changes in requested by You in respect of such Courses.

(c) Cancellations or changes to bookings for Courses by You which we designate as Closed Group Courses or Inhouse Client-Specific Courses must be made more than 10 Business Days before the Course date and time. Otherwise, You will be charged for the full amount of the Course. Where you give notice more than 10 Business Days prior to the Course date and time, You will be required to pay 15% of the fees for the Course to Odyssey. Without limiting the foregoing, any changes or cancellations for the relevant Course will incur the following fees and charges:

(i) such other amounts reasonably required by Odyssey in connection with:

(A) Odyssey’s professional fees in connection with any customisation services or project-related costs which have been undertaken by; and

(B) Odyssey’s travel, accommodation and out-of-pocket expenses in connection with the Course which are payable by or have been incurred by, Odyssey on or before the date on which You give notice of cancellation of or change to the Course.

(d) All Courses are subject to minimum enrolment. Whilst Odyssey Training uses reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure that Courses are conducted on the scheduled dates, Odyssey reserves the right to change Course dates and times at any time and from time to time in its absolute discretion. Without limiting clause 8 of these Terms and Conditions, Odyssey Training shall not be liable to You in connection with any travel and accommodation costs incurred by You in connection with any persons attending the Course.
