What do we do?
We deliver short courses for frontline staff and are dedicated to providing you with the skills you need to enhance your competitiveness whether that be with Microsoft Office courses, Professional Development courses or Leadership Courses. We provide in-house training at our dedicated public training venues in Melbourne and Brisbane and on-site for private groups across Australia. Odyssey Training also offers live interactive online training where you can learn from the comfort of your own home. Duration of courses range from as short and sharp 3 hour courses up to multiple full day courses.
We can also come to you and run a corporate in-house training session at your own venue to suit your needs. We run over 450 customised training courses and 700 scheduled training courses each year. As a major outsource partner for local and national projects across the private and public sectors, we have developed and improved the lives of over 85,000 Australians.

For public scheduled courses, we provide:
- Hard copy courseware/training manual
- eCertificate emailed to students upon completion
- Small classes (average of 8 students per class, maximum of 12)
- 60 days post-course support for computer training
Taking action after your training
At the conclusion of our professional development courses, each student completes a Personal “Take Action” Plan. As part of this plan, students reflect on what they have learned and identify changes they plan to implement when they return to the workplace.
Line managers may also be provided with copies of these by their staff to facilitate the transfer of the learning back into the workplace.

All training manuals used in our courses are developed in-house and designed to enable participants to revise the learning when they return to the workplace. Students are provided with a training manual and computer courses also include training files which can be downloaded from our website.

We undertake pre and post course analyses so that learning outcomes are met.
